Tarbert Loch Fyne and Kilberry Church

Tarbert Loch Fyne known locally as Tarbert Parish Church or the High Church

Tarbert Parish Church is a Georgian style category B listed church and dates back to 1775 and sits in a prominent position overlooking the village.

Within the front entrance to the church there is a Heritage Centre, which gives the history of the church and the fishing village of Tarbert with photos and artefacts on display.

The church has a small stained glass window which was designed by Harrington Mann back in the 1920’s.   There is an adjoining hall, vestry and kitchen.  Internally to the church there is seating for 400 with the hall holding another 60.

The church had some major renovations after storm damage took off some of the sanctuary roof also at that time we installed a public address system and induction loop system.  A new air source heat pump was also installed.
In 2022 a new disabled access and toilets were installed at the rear of the hall.
